Video duration: 497 seconds Another multi-level minigame type game for the Apple 2. Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Lode Runner on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 469 seconds Levels 9 to 13 of Lode Runner. One of the best games on the apple 2. Back in the day, I played it and played it until I could get from Level 1 to Level 35. Then I discovered the level editor and that I could play any level I wanted. After that discovery, I never played it much as the "challenge" was gone. Wish I'd never learned CTRL-E P. Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Z Level 20 - sniper attack Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 393 seconds Fun with snipers in apcs with z level 20. 3 snipers in APCs can take down fixed gun emplacements. I left the game running for 8 hours and then counterattacked with a large force of missile tanks. Related: bitmap, brothers, dosbox |

Boulder Dash on the Apple II Level M/1 Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 166 seconds One of the all time best games ever, Boulder Dash. I loved Boulder Dash on the Apple 2 and after it, Emerald Mine on the Amiga. An addictive mix of action and strategy. Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Star Trek on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 457 seconds A reasonable facsimile of the Sega arcade game Star Trek for the Apple II. Related: apple2, applepc, games |

Wings of Fury on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 190 seconds This game is pure unadulterated genius. Considering the limitations of the apple 2, this game is pretty amazing. I like this version better than the Amiga version despite the lower quality graphics. The analog joysticks on the Apple 2 have more precise control than the digital joysticks of the Amiga. Related: apple, apple2, games |

robotron on the apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 347 seconds One of the best apple 2 games ever, Robotron. I like this version better than the arcade original. Not my best game ever, but not too bad. Dosbox and Applepc, 8000 cycles. Related: apple2, applepc, games, retro, robotron |

Chivalry on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 414 seconds This game by Richard Hefter, Janie and Steve Worthington is pure magic. I played this one many times back in the day. "Ho ho ho! Another notch for my club!" Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Stellar 7 on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 238 seconds Stellar 7 had magic playability. I could never play the updated versions of Stellar 7 on the PC, nor Nova 9. Something was just missing. ArcticFox on the Amiga just bored me. Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Arcade Boot Camp on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 310 seconds This is a fun game to "learn how to play arcade games". The individual games are kind of lame, but the whole is more than the sum of its parts. Challenging to get the highest ranking. A classic. Related: apple2, games |

Saracen on the Apple II Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 639 seconds An interesting game, in the tradition of Boulder Dash, but with its own unique brand of puzzle solving. Related: apple, apple2, applepc, games |

Z Level 20 part 1 Posted by: dsby
Video duration: 118 seconds This is one of my all time favorite games. Level 20 (the final level) is really hard but also really fun. Since the dosbox captures are so large this part is only 2 minutes. Related: bitmap, brothers, dos |
