Video duration: 29 seconds First steps of my new balancing robot, which my wife has named Gizmo. It is controlled by a simple PID controller around pitch angle. Angle estimate using Gyro and Accelerometer inputs to Kalman Filter. No velocity feedback yet (which is why it tends to run away), but the motors do have encoders so I'll be adding this soon.
