Then i dunk out the puck, rinse the PF in the sink, brush and flush out some left over grounds from the grouphead, and flush out some water from the steam wand, then it's time to froth. I did these videos because someone on alt.coffee didn't believe I was getting a "cm" of crema on my shots. It's amazing to look back on these today and see all sorts of problems with the shot pull.
